I just saw the adorable animal planet segment about Aussies. There's something about Aussie pride and I do feel like a proud mama watching the segment. The real Henry didn't make it on the show, but the book did! Here's the link.

Just got word that My Mom is going Israel, well not my actual mom, she doesn't like to travel any more. She rarely leaves the city these days, but the My Mom book will be published in Israel.

I'll be at the Vineyard Haven Library on Thursday, July 16,at 3:00. I'll be reading from Which Puppy? and My Mom is Trying to Ruin My Life and we'll have a really fun craft project too.
On Saturday July 18th, I'll be in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod, at Where The Sidewalk Ends, from 2:00-4:00. I visited this bookstore in February. It is truly delightful and I'm very happy to have been invited back. Book GroupJuly 1, 2009
For anyone ages 7-10ish on Martha's Vineyard, please join me at the Oak Bluffs Public Library tomorrow, July 2nd, at 3:30. to celebrate the launch of their Summer Reading Program. This summer's book pick is "The Problem with The Puddles." I'll be on hand to talk about the book. We'll also have with a puddle jump, cloud-shaped cake and crafts.
